Se trata de un formato fácil de compartir vía digital, a través de todas las plataformas disponibles desde el Consorcio Lechero, tanto en la web como en redes sociales. “El propósito es acercar nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que permitan impulsar el desarrollo sostenible del sector lácteo”, explica el Gerente del Consorcio Lechero, Octavio Oltra.
En la selección de los temas, se aprovecha la interacción con los productores, asesores y profesionales de los socios del Consorcio Lechero, quienes podrán ir proponiendo temas para preparar estas cartillas, a cargo del área de Producción de Leche de la institución, que está apoyado directamente por las áreas de Información e Investigación y Desarrollo; y, por la de Comunicaciones.
“El enfoque que buscamos es mostrar lo que está pasando con tecnologías recientes o que llevan poco tiempo en funcionamiento en Chile, como también aprovechar de poner en agenda el desarrollo de sistemas productivos y de manejo que pudieran tener impacto en el país. Aprovecharemos nuestra vinculación con instituciones y centros de investigación nacionales e internacionales para ir entregándolos, con una mirada técnica de parte de especialistas y, en lo posible, de los usuarios”, destaca Alejandra Viedma, coordinadora de Producción de Leche del Consorcio Lechero.
En la primera entrega, Tecnoláctea se abocará a mostrar el uso de drones en los sistemas productivos lecheros, con información entregada por especialistas y productores usuarios.
